Challenge
Serialized product data from the packaging line reached enterprise systems and İTS through several manual steps, and failed or rejected notifications took time to detect.
Solution
We built an integration layer that collects data from the line's verification stations, checks it against business rules and generates İTS notifications automatically. We added a monitoring screen that shows the reason for each rejection and makes resubmission simple.
