Personal Data Notice (KVKK)

This notice is provided by softhan, as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), to inform you about the personal data processed through the quote and contact forms on our website. For visitors from the EU we also follow the principles of the GDPR.

Data we process

Full name, company, e-mail address, phone number, your message and project details, and, for security purposes, IP address, browser information and submission time.

Purposes

• Responding to your quote and contact requests and getting in touch with you,
• Preparing proposals and handling pre-contract steps,
• Keeping the website and forms secure and preventing abuse,
• Sending informational e-mails, only if you consent.

Legal basis

Processing is based on steps prior to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c; GDPR Art. 6/1-b), our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6/1-f) and, for informational e-mails, your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1; GDPR Art. 6/1-a).

Transfers

Your data may be shared only with our hosting and e-mail service providers to the extent necessary, and with authorities where legally required. We never share your data with third parties for marketing.

Retention

Requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for at most 2 years and then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may ask whether your data is processed, request access, correction or deletion, learn the recipients of transfers and object to processing. Send your request to the e-mail address on our contact page; we respond within 30 days.
