softhan, from 2013 to today

Our story

softhan was founded in 2013 as a software team focused on multimedia and broadcasting technology. Our first projects were streaming applications, web services and management tools for radio and digital broadcast brands.

Over time we broadened our focus to e-commerce and online sales: module-based sales platforms, ticketing and reservation systems, CRM integrations and RESTful APIs that open those platforms to external channels.

In recent years, enterprise and industrial integration has become our core expertise. In a regulated industry, pharmaceutical manufacturing, we have worked on serialization and aggregation lines, İTS reporting, Laetus verification stations, VISIOTT (formerly AGE) serialization and aggregation systems, Mettler Toledo weighing devices, WMS/ERP integrations and GİB/eLogo e-invoicing. We have built and maintained the software that production, warehouse and shipping teams rely on every day.

That experience taught us that a good integration is one nobody on the floor notices, because everything simply flows correctly. Today we combine this background with the current technologies the work calls for, and use an AI-assisted process under human review to deliver faster and with better documentation.
