Challenge
Verifying the serialized products inside cases and pallets during shipping was laborious, and loading errors needed to be caught earlier.
Solution
We developed aggregation software that works with VISIOTT (formerly AGE) aggregation systems at the end of the line and is also used in the warehouse. It records pack, case and pallet relationships, and its screens verify contents when a pallet or case is scanned at shipping and alert the user to any mismatch.
